I made my annual visit to Rusk, Texas today to visit Collin's grave. I took some flowers, and a Texas A & M pillow to him, from SMPOST. His mom and dad were both at the cemetary, so I had a chance to visit with them. It's hard to believe it's been 3 years now.

Anyway, here's a pic of his grave...

Alright, folks, there ya go. It looks like that's the truth. Like I said, stretching the truth happens every day...I GUARANTEE you that Maddy isn't the first, or the last, to do it on SMPOST. Happens all the time. Again, welcome to life on the interweb.

For the record, I can verify that yes, Maddy was indeed in Lima, Peru the entire 12 days or whatever that she said she was. And, she was also in St. Thomas the day time she said she was.

Now, Maddy has apologized for not being truthful, and promised not to do it again. Since we have that part out of the way, who's going to be man enough to give the first apology to her?

Oh, that's right, I will. Maddy, I'll be honest, I had questions about you and your stories...I think any "normal" person would, not that I'm normal, but still. lol. But yeah, I did have questions...it appears that you've come clean and admitted to some wrong doings, and I'll trust that you'll stick to your words. So, I do apologize for having doubts.

Who's next?

James

Most of you newer members may not have been lucky enough to meet Chawbacca (Steve) yet, but most of you who have been around for a while have.

Recently, some of you may have heard about his mother, and dealing with her Alzheimer's.  Unfortunately, Steve's mother lost her battle with this horrible disease last week.

Steve, rest assured that my heart and sympathy, is with you during this difficult time.  I know it's no real comfort to you after losing your mother, but hopefully you can find some degree of peace knowing that she's no longer suffering, and she's found eternal happiness.

I, on behalf of the SMPOST family, offer my condolences to you at this time of sorrow, Steve.  Be strong, and let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

James

Hey Max, welcome to SMPOST.  I think you may be our first member from Russia!

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if any companies will send dip to Russia.  My only suggestion is to try Smokers Outlet Online and send them an email and ask if they will.  As far as I know, that would be the only place that might send smokeless tobacco to Russia.

Good luck, and I hope to see you around sometime soon.

James

Cope Straight, Cope Hickory and Cope Whiskey use the Week/Year code, so 25/9 would mean it was made the 25th week of 2009...which would be somewhere around June 21st, if my math is right. And it should be good for 3-4 months at least, so while it's probably not FRESH, it should still be dip-able. Is that a word? lol

One thing that might help you with it is, instead of trying to get one big pinch at once, try taking a two or three smaller pinches.

Copenhagen calls it long cut, but in actuality, I'd call it more of a mid-cut. It's not quite a fine cut, but it's also not what I'd call a long cut, especially if you're used to some of the other brands.

Yeah, a debit card should work fine, as long as it has the Visa logo on the card, and I'm sure it does.
